I'm Karina, one of the dental hygienist here at Ballard Dentistry. With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, I'm passionate about helping my patients achieve optimal oral health in a comfortable and safe environment. I graduated from NVCC in Virginia with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I believe in a gentle and compassionate approach to dental care, and I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technology in the field. When I'm not in the office, you can find me enjoying a play or musical, exploring all the neighborhoods in Seattle, or spending time with my family and friends.

Ari is very passionate about dentistry, she has been in the dental field for 7+ years. She’s worked her way up from front desk to regional director over the years. She love’s hanging out with her kid, and traveling to see other places and try new food dishes. Her favorite place to visit is anywhere in the Caribbean. She loves their food.

I’m a Patient Care Coordinator at Ballard Dentistry with over 7 years of experience in the dental field. I’m dedicated to helping patients feel at ease and making sure they get the most out of their dental benefits. Building trust and providing a smooth, supportive care experience is at the heart of what I do. Outside the office, I love spending time with my daughter, Liliana—whether we’re catching a movie or relaxing at home with our cat, Mizu.

Hi, I’m Alice — a dental assistant with a passion for making people feel at ease. I believe that a trip to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary, and I do everything I can to make each visit as smooth, comfortable, and maybe even enjoyable as possible. Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my family and animals, watching horror movies, and taking long walks to keep a clear and healthy mind. I believe that genuine care, good teamwork, and a little laughter go a long way — in and out of the dental chair!

I am a dedicated dental assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. I enjoy working in an environment where I can continue learning and making a positive impact on people’s oral health. Outside of work, I love traveling and exploring new places as well as trying new food! I’m also a proud pet lover and enjoy spending time with my pets, Wubby and Kenny, who always keep life fun and exciting.
