I’m a Patient Care Coordinator at Ballard Dentistry with over 7 years of experience in the dental field. I’m dedicated to helping patients feel at ease and making sure they get the most out of their dental benefits. Building trust and providing a smooth, supportive care experience is at the heart of what I do. Outside the office, I love spending time with my daughter, Liliana—whether we’re catching a movie or relaxing at home with our cat, Mizu.

Hi, I’m Alice — a dental assistant with a passion for making people feel at ease. I believe that a trip to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary, and I do everything I can to make each visit as smooth, comfortable, and maybe even enjoyable as possible. Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my family and animals, watching horror movies, and taking long walks to keep a clear and healthy mind. I believe that genuine care, good teamwork, and a little laughter go a long way — in and out of the dental chair!

I’ve been in the dental field for over five years, and the highlight of my day is making patients smile and creating an experience that keeps them wanting to come back. Outside of work, I’m a devoted basketball mom, spending most of my free time supporting my son and his sports. I also love roller skating with my dog along the waterfront and spending genuine time with good people.
